Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 30, 2026
This page is also available in Spanish. The Spanish translation is provided for convenience only; the English version controls in the event of any conflict.
I am committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. My team and I continue to review and improve the website using recognized accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
A. Our Commitment
Everyone deserves equal access to real estate information. We work to make property-search resources, market information, contact options and scheduling tools usable by visitors with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as ongoing work, not a one-time project.
B. Accessibility Measures
Measures currently implemented on this website include:
- Keyboard navigation for menus, links, forms and buttons
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
- Logical heading structure with a single main heading per page
- Descriptive page titles unique to each page
- Descriptive link text rather than generic wording
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Labels and instructions programmatically associated with form fields
- Required fields identified with text, not color alone
- Color contrast intended to meet recognized guidance
- Support for text resizing and browser zoom
- Responsive layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop
- Accessible error and confirmation messages
- Language attributes that reflect the selected English or Spanish content
C. Third-Party Content
This website links to and embeds services operated by others, including Calendly scheduling, Google Maps, Google review displays, the Lofty MLS property search and social media platforms.
I do not control every aspect of those third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their accessibility. If you encounter a barrier while using one of them through this website, please tell me — my team and I will help you get the same information or service another way.
D. Accessibility Assistance
If any content or feature is difficult to use, contact me directly and I will provide the information or assistance you need in an alternative format, including by phone, email or in person.
- Phone: 919-908-4659
- Email: david.velasquez.correa@gmail.com
E. Reporting an Accessibility Barrier
When reporting an issue, it helps to include:
- The page address (URL) where the issue occurred
- A description of the problem
- The browser or assistive technology you were using
- How you prefer to be contacted
- The information or service you were trying to obtain
You are never asked to disclose a medical diagnosis or disability in order to receive assistance.
F. Official Resource
This resource is operated by the U.S. Department of Justice and is not controlled by me.
G. Ongoing Review
The website is reviewed periodically using manual keyboard and screen-reader checks together with automated tooling. Automated tools and accessibility overlays are not relied upon by themselves. Known items are addressed as they are identified, and third-party embedded content is monitored for reported barriers.
