A. Information You Provide Directly

The Home Value request form on this website asks you to provide:

• Property address
• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Preferred language
• An optional message

When you submit that form, your browser opens a pre-filled email message addressed to david.velasquez.correa@gmail.com. The information is delivered by your own email provider; the form itself does not store your submission in a database on this website.

The mortgage calculator page includes an optional questionnaire. If you choose to submit it, the answers you provide (including contact details you enter) are transmitted to a server endpoint operated for this website on Cloudflare and forwarded to me so I can follow up on your inquiry. The calculator itself runs entirely in your browser.

You may also share information with me directly through:

Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or identification documents through this website or by unencrypted email.

B. Information Collected Automatically

This website does not include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity or any other advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking script.

The website stores a small amount of information in your browser's local storage so the site works as expected. This includes your selected language preference and, if you use the listings tools, properties you save. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to me.

The website is served through Cloudflare. As with any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP address, browser and device information, referring URL, requested pages and timestamps for delivery, performance and security purposes, including basic abuse and rate-limit protection on form submissions.

Embedded third-party content — including Calendly scheduling, Google Maps, review widgets and Instagram or MLS search embeds — is loaded from those providers and may set their own cookies or storage under their own policies.

A search-engine verification meta tag (Bing Webmaster Tools) is included in the site's HTML. Verification tags identify site ownership and do not collect personal information about visitors.

These providers act under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may also be shared with my brokerage or with professionals involved in a transaction you request, and with authorities where required by law.

Information you submit through this website is used to respond to your real estate inquiry. Based on the integrations currently in place, this website does not transfer your submitted contact details to advertising networks, data brokers or cross-context behavioral advertising platforms, and I do not sell that information for money.

Embedded third-party tools described above operate independently, and their own data practices are governed by their policies rather than this one.

F. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide requested real estate services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, brokerage and regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the record and applicable requirements.

G. Data Security

Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access to inquiry records and basic abuse protections on form submissions. However, no method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

H. Your Choices

You may request to:

• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete information, where legally permissible
• Stop non-transactional communications
• Withdraw any optional marketing consent you previously gave

If you contact me or submit a request, my team or I may reply by phone, email or text regarding that specific inquiry. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to receive a home-value report or real estate services. If you later receive promotional email, you may unsubscribe from future marketing messages at any time, or simply reply asking to be removed. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.

J. Children

This website is intended for adults seeking real estate information and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact david.velasquez.correa@gmail.com so it can be removed.

This website links to and embeds websites operated by others. Those websites maintain their own privacy practices, and I do not control those independent policies. Review the privacy policy of any external site before providing information to it.
