This is an electric water tank; it is not an on-demand gas unit, it is a tank, but it has a hybrid device on top that, in the summer, uses the ambient temperature to make the house consume less energy. They have also recently been bringing several 240 connectors for electric vehicles, and this particular one, surprisingly, besides having Hardy Plank, comes with connections already in place for solar panels. It has all the lines inside so the solar panels can be connected and the ugly metal pipes do not show on the outside of the house. And here outside I’m sharing this air unit, which looks very small for a house of almost 3,000 square feet, but it is sufficient because the house has so much energy efficiency that it does not need more. And the noise, honestly, you can’t even hear it. Here is the primary bedroom, and you don’t feel this machine making noise.
