Introduce yourself, what services do you provide, and why would you recommend that a home buyer get an inspection? I’m Dan Miles, and of course I’m a home inspector. I’ve been inspecting homes for years now. What we generally do is an inspection from the roof to below, including the attic and the crawl space beneath the house, to check roofs. I’m using a drone to get a little closer and see some details of the roofs. We do termite inspections, we do radon testing in homes. We can also check septic systems, do water analysis if there is a well. I say that people should have an inspection on a home every time they buy a home, because even though the house looks beautiful, looks new, and all that, there are details you are not seeing. Even though a person goes to a house and is so excited to see something beautiful where they want to live and everything, the details can be missed, and that is why we are here.
